WINE CLUB POLICIES
By enrolling as a Savannah-Chanelle Vineyards Wine Club member you agree to receive future marketing materials and offers via email. Please do not unsubscribe from our emails. We only have one email server for everything so unsubscribing from entertainment emails also unsubscribes you from Wine Club business emails. We are very careful about using the subject line as to what the email is about to help you if you are like most of us and scan your email inbox without opening each one.

Savannah-Chanelle Vineyards requires a minimum four quarter commitment for those who join our Wine Club. You may cancel your Wine Club membership at any time after four Club releases by calling the Wine Club Manager or by email at wineclub@savannahchanelle.com without further commitment, except for wines billed prior to the notice. All sales are final and we do not issue refunds for wine that has been previously paid for as part of a Club release and never picked up. There is an early cancellation fee of $50/per quarter that a Member does not meet their minimum commitment. Members who quit early without paying the early cancellation fee may be charged the outstanding fee to rejoin the Wine Club.

We do stand by the quality of our wine and will issue a replacement bottle or credit if you purchase or receive a "corked" bottle of wine. Wine that leaves the winery and is kept for any amount of time may not receive a credit or refund as we cannot be held responsible for wine that we do not know if it was stored properly or kept too long.

Club Release Wines are guaranteed to be available for pick-up and in stock a minimum of 6 months. After that, we cannot guarantee we will have a specific wine in stock, but we usually do for a much longer time. In the event we do not have a club release wine available for pick-up, you will be provided a credit for the money paid for the wine that can then be used to purchase any other wine in stock at a member's applicable ala carte discount. Credits cannot be carried over and must be used in their entirety.

It is the obligation of the Club Member to notify us of any change of address before wines are shipped for tax rate and shipping purposes. Shipping customers are charged their local and state sales taxes which are then reported and paid to their appropriate State. See Shipping and Delivery Policy regarding actual shipments.

Please advise Savannah-Chanelle Vineyards as soon as possible in the event you need to update or change your credit card on file whether your card expired, was compromised, or you would just like to update the card to your new favorite points/miles/cash back card. With an unpaid Club release, you may have your Wine Club privileges suspended. After 3 unpaid Club releases, you will be dropped from the Wine Club.

When signing up for the Wine Club, depending on how close you are to the next release, you may be charged for the current Club release for the Club you opted into. By paying for the current club release, this counts as your first quarterly Club release and entitles you to all benefits and discounts associated with Club membership.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:
We will always do our best to ship your products within two days of placing your order. However, there are periods of time where the weather temperature is higher than recommended for the shipment of wine. If you are receiving wine in California, a one or two day of transit is normal and the product usually does very well for this short transit time, even when warm.
It is the obligation of the Club Member to notify us of any change of address before wines are shipped for tax rate and shipping purposes. Shipping customers are charged their local and State sales taxes which are then reported and paid to their appropriate State.
Our current shipping carrier is United Parcel Service (U.P.S.). Alcohol may only be sold and delivered to persons who are at least 21 years of age, and only for personal use, not for resale or trade. By ordering wine from us, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom the wine will delivered to is at least 21 years of age. All alcohol shipments will be sent with an "Adult Signature Required" notice as required by State and Federal Law so, we are sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shippers are not permitted to leave packages without obtaining an adult signature. For this reason, we recommend using a business address, neighbor, friend, family member or U.P.S. Store if you are not home during normal business hours. Shipping customers need to provide a correct address as they are responsible for any returned item fees, redirect fees and any re-shipping fees for incorrectly provided addresses, non-updated addresses for members who move without providing an updated address or not being available for the 3 attempts made by U.P.S. to deliver signed for packages.
REFUND POLICY:
Savannah-Chanelle Vineyards stands unflinchingly behind its wine products. Should, on the unlikely occasion, you experience a product quality problem, once confirmed by the winery, a product replacement shall take place. Likewise, if there is an order entry error or billing mistake, it will be corrected upon the winery being made aware of the problem. Otherwise, all sales are considered final and the return of any wine, food products, or merchandise, once sold, is prohibited.
